Go Jimmy..Go Jimmy..!

Wow..I have new found respect for Jimmy Fallon (c'mon Justin is already a singer..it's expected)..amazing.

Aladdin

We got ticket on Goldstar and went to "Aladdin" at The Black Box Theater. It's a small, quaint, theater (tucked between other stores) and we actually missed it driving there. It was an improvisation of "Aladdin" as I don't remember multiple genies and a dragon..but it's theater right?

Thinking about it I don't remember seeing Rajah either. The actors were fun and kept the adults entertained with their little quips here and there..but the the kids had a great time. If you're looking for something quick to do..the show lasted one hour..check them out..they have a lot of new "plays" coming up.

Cool Firetruck..

We signed up for one of the Lowe's Build and Grow events a couple of weeks ago and went to it today..it was for the firetruck.

If you guys haven't done this yet, I HIGHLY recommend it.  First of all it's free..and you usually get other goodies..time we got a free milkshake coupon at Wendy's (although I can't remember the last time we went there..) and the quality of the build-it kits are excellent.

The Lowe's BAG event went all out and they even had the local fire department show up while the kids were building it..caught me by surprise too..I wish I had my video cam there to capture it..it was so cool..they came in with light and sirens on..two trucks too..all the kids building their trucks were like..WHOA!
