Refinance!

I'm not going to write a whole lot here as we all know that the interest rates on mortgages are at their all time low right now.  I've actually RE-FI'd twice since buying our house last year..we used CashCall.  Yeah, I know, the whole Gary Coleman thing and "Are they legit?"..right?

You hear their ad (and the one from Greenlight too..) on the radio..but yes, they are LEGIT and they work FAST!  I'm sure you heard, too, that with CashCall there is NO FEE  / FREE CLOSER!  You do have to do an impound account for the LOWEST RATE, but if you don't want to impound, that's not a prob either..and it's still FREE..the rate will be a little higher.  I've also heard you can impound in the beginning and cancel later..and you get to keep the lowest rate..you can't lose.
